Welcome to the San Francisco Orchid Society

We are lucky to reside in one of the best parts of the country for the cultivation of orchids in the home, greenhouse, and garden. SFOS is a California 501(c)3 non-profit organization composed of individuals and orchid-related businesses interested in the culture and appreciation of orchids.

Our mission is to foster the culture and conservation of orchids and to promote orchid education to our members and to the public. We are affiliated with the American Orchid Society (AOS).
